Greatest Rock Gym Software in the World!

After five years of searching for new POS software to use to manage my facility. I came across RGP about nine months ago. After three months of testing and preparing our custom reporting database, I have been using RGP for the last six months. It has been great, my staff learned how to use it right away and virtually pain free, and for them to learn something new on the computer and not complain, well I'm sure you know how it goes.

We replaced some software that has been in the company since well before my time, and I think we out grew it well before my time also. We now have room to grow even more with RGP helping us manage things. We also have a very detailed reporting database that we built in Access years ago and meshing it together with RGP proved to be very easy.

Andy's support has been great, his willingness to explore new ideas and improve this already great program is amazing, I think that it would be very difficult to find any developer that is as committed to a program as he is.

If you are on the fence whether or not to switch over. Ask your self this. "Do I want to make my life and the lives of my staff and customers easier?" If you answer "YES" you should switch. If you answer "NO", well ummmm, I'm sure you have your reasons.

Personally I am all about systems and make things easier and more efficient. The smoother everything works the better things are for everyone, and RGP is the key to making front desk operations work smoothly in your facility.
