Absolutely. Just make a new waiver in Manage -> Waiver Station. You can copy the old one as a base (or import/export).
Then use the appropriate one for the online waiver link within your website.
And configure the documents as required (don't show in form list, etc.) for your ipads.
Follow up/feature request.
Is it possible to have more logic in the form than just the age trigger?
It would be great to be able to ask follow up questions only if indicated by an answer to an initial question.
Alas, I think logic would be too hard to retrofit at this time. Sorry :(
