Thank you emails being sent early.

Andy,

We have a thank you email set to be sent 14 days after the lesson. It is being sent on the same day as the reminder email.

If we check the email queue, it says the email is yet to be sent.

Ideas?

  • I haven't heard of any issues related to this despite many gyms using it, thus are you 100% sure you are not confusing two offerings and their emails? i.e. the wrong content/configuration is on the wrong offering.

  • Also - be sure you don't have a product triggered email setup with the old email system that is sending an unwanted email.

    You got it right the second time, the emails being sent were a product triggered email. We've got that turned off and we'll see if that solves it. Thanks.
