UK Support
Hi,
Please could you tell me if support is available during UK business hours. Our centres are open 9am-10pm GMT; would support be available for all or any of these hours?
Also, is the paid support option per account, or per facility?

Rock Gym Pro (RGP) does offer support in the UK, our hours are M-F 9-5 PST (Seattle, WA). I often set up appointments to remotely login and go over any questions about RGP with our UK support customers, and other customers in a different time zones. We have support customers throughout the world and the time difference has never been an issue.
The paid support is per facility. What is the name of your facility?
