waiver check in
My online waiver is set up such that the person signing the waiver has to check their email for an email confirmation. Once they click that confirmation in the email the waiver is done.
How does that process work for someone filling out an electronic waiver in the gym? How are my customers supposed to check their email when they are doing this in the gym?

I called the guys at The Bloc, they let me know customers don't have to validate the confirmation email in order for the waiver to work in the facility.
However, I had some people at my facility fill out an electronic waiver, and RGP is not seeing the waiver.

OK--nevermind---- forgot about the "find documents" button.
Seems to be going ok.
How do I get RGP to talk to my receipt printer?
My computer recognizes it, but RGP does not.
You need to point RGP at it in Data Entry -> Manage -> Settings -> This Workstation
