Printing Issues

We are trying to set up RGP at our gym. We have a thermal receipt printer "SPRT" model: POS58IVU. I'm trying to print a test receipt and nothing happens. I try to set up our regular printer as a default printer on RGP and that one doesn't work either. Both printers are fully functional through other software. Also, when I try to print through RGP, the print file gets stuck in the queue and I am unable to delete it. I have to restart the computer. Please help...Thanks

  • I am not familiar with that printer. I recommend you try one of the recommended printers available in the deployment document.
