Waivers
Hey Andy,
We have just started using your system and its a nice change. One thing is that the waivers keep printing incorrectly. About half way down the page it goes to some computer code (or Russian), do you have some solution to fix it? It would really save us paper and ink.

Are you talking about print and sign waivers from the RGP waiver system? What facility are you from and I will look at your waiver.
I believe it is from the RGP waiver system. I am at On The Edge Rock Climbing.
And yes the print and sign waivers.
When you say "the waivers keep printing incorrectly", what do you mean? In looking at the logs, it seems your customers are bringing in the online print and sign waivers without problems.
Are you referring to waivers YOU are printing within the gym? Or waivers customers are bringing in?
If waivers printing within the gym, where and how are you printing them?
We do not have the system set up to print from the gym so everyone has been printing it "online" but from our gym. So they are printed by customers but from our gym. But we are working on that.
What I mean by printing incorrectly is that the majority of them will start printing correctly but after the line that reads "HEREBY DO RELEASE..." everything comes out in some unreadable computer language. Like stuff I don't have the knowledge to type. That's the best way I can put it without showing you a picture of it.
