PIN timeout
I find that our desk staff is having to enter their PINs quite frequently. It would be very helpful to set a PIN timeout period so that in, say, POS, if a staff entered a PIN, then for the PIN Timeout period they would not have to enter their PIN again. I think 30 seconds would do it.

Sorry, this will never happen. It is 100% a mistake to have a PIN timeout. The whole point of the PIN system is having your staff know that *every* change to the database is accountable to them. With a PIN timeout, that will no longer be the case because there will be times another staff member accidently changes something under the other person's PIN - even in 30 seconds.
RGP will always favor accuracy over speed.
