Custom Warning
Is there a way to modify or create custom warnings for customers? I'd like to set a warning when a client's prepaid 1-month membership is 1-week from expiring. This will give me some time to contact them and give them a reminder. Another warning would be when punch card clients have x punches left. I'd rather give my clients a little heads up for when they need to pay again.

The is no custom warning feature, but you could easily run a Customer Query (Data Entry) for this.
Just run a query for Prepaid Expiration date and Prepaid customer type.
For punch cards, run a query for Punch Card customer type and NOT (At Least X punches remaining)
