Uncheck all waiver boxes

I'm hoping there is a way to uncheck waiver boxes for the entire database at once with an SQL command or something. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Data Entry -> Manage -> Settings -> Waivers

    The is a button to do exactly that. But remember, there is no UNDO !

    Any stored documents will persist - this only unchecks the box.
