Add-On Product Price Update

Hey,

We utilize the add-on product for our Youth Team to bill the accounts on a monthly basis. We would like to update the price of the product. If we update the price of the product will the change take effect on each profile with the add-on product automatically, or will we have to manually update the customers' profiles?

I did a trial run of changing the product and it looks like we will have to do it manually, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something

  • Yes, you need to do it manually for each customer. This is because the product price is only used as the DEFAULT price when an add-on product is attached. This allows the ability to have variable pricing for each customer.
