Calendar custom event for booking non repeating groups
Hello!
Looking to use the custom event feature of the calendar to create non re-occurring events for special groups (scout groups, team building).
Often times one person will pay for all participants and use one transaction. is it possible to book it this way?
I was able to set up pricing but when multiple participants is selected it does not multiply the price.
ex: 1+ for $10
book 10 participants
RGP doesnt change price and balance due to $100
is it possible to use the calendar function this way?

Hi -
RGP can calculate per participant pricing. You need the $10 in the variable pricing slot, not the fixed pricing slot. Pricing is calculated as "fixed price + (# of participants X variable pricing).
