  • Do you mean you changed their CUSTOMER TYPE to STAFF? And then committed the record by hitting OK.

    We don't have any reported problems with this... thus I suspect there is something else going on that is causing the confusion.

    For someone to appear in the Manage -> Employees window they need a customer type of STAFF.

    Is there any thing else special about this customer record?

  • Yep, did that. Been using RGP since inception and I haven't come across this problem either. I will try again today.

  • I had to delete the profile and re-enter the person. Then it worked.
