multi gym error

We are having an issue between facilities. Gym B can not access or edit Gym A. For example when trying to utilize Gym A's functions from gym B we get a ' cannot perform this operation on a remote location'. When trying to edit a product at Gym A from Gym B's computer we get a 'cannot edit local product with this button. use the local edit product buttons.' When first configured this was not an issue and now (two days later) we are getting these errors. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello -
Both those messages are by design... meaning not all operations can be performed at a remote gym. There are some operations that require local access.
Do you have an example of a specific operation that DID work and now does not? More than likely there is a subtle difference in the operation.
Alternately....
Did you, or someone else, modify any settings in Data Entry -> Settings -> Remote Database?
