Booking Emails

Is there any literature or videos on the booking email system? Specifically I would like to know if "thank you" and "reminder" emails bypass customer email preferences. Thanks!

  • They will bypass customer preference IF you check the box on the email action that indicates to always send the email. Look at the email actions in Manage -> Email System.

    That being said, there was an issue in the previous version where sometimes those emails were not going out. That has been fixed in the latest version.
