Suggested "Proficiency level" changes

I have a suggestion to change the "proficiency level" from a single choice selection to being able to select multiple check boxes. Right now we use Top rope and lead climbing, with someone who is lead approved being a higher proficiency. In the future, however, I would like to be able to select Top rope approved, Lead belay approved, Lead Climb approved, auto belay approved and bouldering orientation received. I know I can use the "custom policies" for this as a work around, but it would be nice to have it all in one place and be able to select "lead climb" and "boulder orientation," or some configuration like that, for certain customers. I am sure space on the check in screen is at a premium, but something to consider.
