New Client Booking Response Email
I work as a guide for a local climbing gym. Whenever a client books a course, I receive an email telling me the name of the individual and the course they have booked. How can I receive the client's email address automatically included in this email?

The confirmation email sent to the staff accounts does not include the email address .... and I'm not sure that's a good idea for a number of reasons, not least of which is privacy/security.
At this time, the only way to access the email address is from the installed RGP installation.
Perhaps we'll look at changing this in the future, but at this time the email address is not included.
Ah. Now I'm starting to understand. No one at my facility has been able to answer my questions concerning this program. I see now this program was never intended to be used by guides as it creates a barrier between them and their clients. Thanks for your response, Andy.
