How to create a tag?
Hi there,
Can't seem to find a way of a creating a new tag that isn't used for 'new customer's? In the Manage Tag's section you can modify tags in 'New customer tags' but that's not what we want.
We want to tag all customers who have used a Groupon voucher to easily see if they've returned to the centre etc, so want to add a tag on their first visit.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You create tags on the TAGS tab of a customer record.
As for Groupon, I'd suggest using a $0 product that you sell at POS. Many gyms actually sell a daypass in the transaction, and then return Groupon product for the same value in the transaction to achieve a $0 transaction amount and then complete the transaction. IMO - both of these are better methods of tracking Groupon.
Day Pass $16
Groupon Visit -$16
Transaction Amount = $0
Complete the transaction
You can then you Customer Queries (along with other reports) to track Groupon usage.
