Export list of members' email addresses
I've figured out how to export a list of email addresses for all people we have on file in RGP, but we would like to send an email blast out to only our members to invite them to a Christmas party we will be having at the gym. Is this an option that would be available with the SendGrid Email system. We are not yet subscribed to this system, but we are considering signing up, especially if this type of feature is available.

To send a bulk emailing, use Customer Queries (with the proper constraints) to produce a list of email addresses.
Then use a newsletter service like Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or Send Grid (their higher tiers has a newsletter service) to send the emails.
RGP only handles transactional email with its integration directly to SendGrid.

Is this still the case? Is there a way within RGP to send an email to all curent EFT members?
By design, RGP stays away from all bulk email operations. Bulk emailing is fraught with complications and risk (blacklisting, spam filters, etc.) and is best handled by businesses that are focused on the task. It's also a safety feature that essentially prevents RGP users from doing something they may regret (like Sending an email to 100,000 people!)
It is way too easy to get blacklisted which could have ramifications for all customers of RGP.
Sendgrid does have a bulk emailing service, so if you are already using Sendgrid for transactional emails you don't need to use another service - just import your email addresess in the mailing list aspect of Sendgrid (online) and proceed.
