  • No. Instead, you want to enable the declined email trigger in the Email System. This will automatically send an email for declines.

  • Hi, I was looking for an answer to this question. The problem we are having is that we had not set up the email system - Is there a way to look up past declined member emails?

    Or would the auto declined email be triggered when the next month dues are processed, or if we attempt to run the declined cards again this month?

    Also within the body of the email for declined cards it has <

    > which in the test email comes up as:

    ----------------------------------
    additional details will go here
    ----------------------------------

    What details exactly go in that space?

  • If you enable the trigger and run all the declined cards again (Bill All), the emails will go out the next day. So it will do what you want.

    The "additional details" are just a description of the payment that was declined.
