Quarterly Guest Passes

I'm interested in implementing a quarterly guest pass program for our gym. Is it as easy as making the following settings?

Pass per month: 1
Limit per calendar year: 4

There is no way to make a quarterly allocation. What you suggest will give them one guest pass per month, but at most they can use four per year in total. Not quarterly, but similar.

Ok gotcha. So, they get 4 per year, they could use one in four consecutive months and then be done or space them out as desired. Right?

Correct. Though this is for a CALENDAR year (Jan-Dec).
