Hey Andy,

I'm embarking on the gym building journey and I thought you might shed some light on any good resources for financial modeling. I'm ideally looking for hard numbers but even getting some generals such as realistic income statements and cash flows would be tremendously helpful. I hope to get this stuff together asap and then I will be on my way to utilizing your software.

    Hello Scott,
    The Climbing Wall Association may be able to shed some light on the industry and industry trends. They have an annual conference in Boulder, this year it will be May 31- June 2. They have a web site with information.
    You will need to talk with gym owners to talk about the financials, as each market/location is different.
