So is it possible to translate online-Waivers to other languages?
And is it possible to make them more simple? just read and fill your name etc. and sign without any extra buttons to press?

Most of the form fields can be removed on the waivers. It is very customizabe. The language of the waiver document can be translated as well, though some of the various controls/etc will still appear in English.
