Create Vouchers
We're using Rock Gym Pro for some classes--and we created gift cards as class vouchers. A student redeems them, and doesnt have to pay $99 for the class.
An affiliate is paying us $20 for these (long story). How do we: A) Add the value at 99 to show the price of the course, but make it free when someone gives us a $20 gift certificate?
and B) make sure the $20 amount doesn't show on the receipt?

I'm a little unclear on your requirements, but I'll take a stab...
Create a product called "Voucher" for $0
* Add the class to the transaction
* Add the voucher to the transaction for MINUS the class amount
The transaction will zero out and the student will not have to pay.
Then run a report that shows how many "vouchers" were sold and collect the $20 x quantity from your affiliate.

We're loading Vouchers (gift cards) with $20, and then redeeming them with a special class product that is $20.
Scan the GC, transaction zeros, boom--story told. We can load the cards with variable amounts in the future, and we can confirm that the vouchers are ours so people cant duplicate them :)
