My manager was asking me if RGP supports timeclock integration with
quickbooks. Can we integrate RGP timeclock with our quickbooks before
integrating the RGP POS with our quickbooks ?
We replied to this in our ticket system last week. You should have received an email. Please confirm that it is not in your junk folder as we just want to make sure the ticket system is working as expected.
On to your question...
RGP does not integrate with QB payroll. Realistically though, most gyms simply need to transcribe the total hours worked for each employee each time period. So pretty easy.
And to be clear, all the RGP+QB integration does is transcribe the z-out account/income totals for each day.
