How to manage yoga sales (memberships and punch cards)
I'm curious to see how other gyms manage yoga classes in RGP. In addition to all of our normal climbing membership and punch card options, we want to offer yoga-only memberships, yoga plus climbing memberships, non-member yoga punch passes, and climbing-member yoga punch passes.
It looks like the yoga-only membership is really just another membership, and it would be easy to have the yoga-and-climbing membership also be another option (although we would prefer to separate the yoga portion to more easily assess yoga revenue).
Punch passes seem to be a particular problem. We could create gift cards with a declining balance each time a person comes, but that's pretty kludgy.
Any thoughts?

Honestly, there is no easy solution to support SEPARATE yoga memberships within RGP.
The vast majority of rock gyms have moved to all inclusive memberships which is far simpler for staff and customers and when structured properly actually can INCREASE your revenue beyond what having differential memberships could.
Obviously this is a business decision for you and your gym, but trying to run a separate yoga memberships within RGP will always be a frustrating experience.
We may add separate punch styles eventually, but with most gyms moving towards all inclusive memberships it has become less and less of a priority.
If you are determined.... you could do the following:
* Have a subtype called YOGA assigned to climbing+yoga memberships. The subtype is visible on check-in.
* When someone wants to attend a yoga class, the staff sell them a $0 product called YOGA CLASS (and pulling them up in POS shows the subtype). This allows you to track the yoga attendance via a product sales report.
* As for separate yoga punches, again... no easy solution. You could create a separate customer record called "Firstname YOGA Lastname" or similar to track those punches.
