Hardware Questions
Hello -
We are looking to transition to RGP from RockBiz, and wondering about our hardware setup. We have Two front desk computers, but no back office computer/terminal to use as a server. Would it be ok to just use a front desk computer, or should we make the investment for a "server" with additional hard drive space to store our database.

You can start without a server and grow into one. It's not so much about hard drive space or performance, but more about having a computer your staff doesn't use and thus can't break!

Ok. I have done as much as I can to inhibit the staff from doing so. Is it possible to eventually transfer the database from the computer to the server? If so, is that an easy process?

Yes very easy. Be sure to have backups or better yet sign up for the premium support with automatic offsite backups.
