Till drawer won't open
Hi, this happens regularly. It's usually when I open up in the morning. I put a transaction through or just try to open normally and nothing happens. I usually have a key but at the moment I can't find it. Is there something I can do to reset this so it opens.

Is the receipt printer on? The cash drawer connects to the receipt printer, so if the printer is off - the cash drawer won't open. Alternately, if your receipt printer is connected via a network connection - has the network connection gone offline?
