Something strange with this waiver...
Won't load, looking at the "recent activity" waiver window there's one waiver from a Christopher Miller that under "Form" has an errant email address next to "Single Participant waiver", and pending delivery. I'm baffled.

Not sure about the first post... but the second regarding an email address associated with the ipad sounds like your ipad was hacked/compromised by a industrious user.
