How do I check in customers from a previous day?

Hey all,

I was wondering if somebody could help me out. Yesterday, the hard drive from the computer we use at our climbing wall to check people in using Rock Gym Pro was being worked on. So for the day we just did a pencil check in. My supervisor would like for me to be able to still check people in to the system for yesterday. Does anybody know how to check a member in for a previous day?

  • You can't - easily.

    You can check them in and then edit the check-in date by viewing their checkins (Data Entry -> Select Customer -> Check Ins)

  • Thank you. I tried this and I'm still not seeing how to do it, can you offer any further assistance? I went to Data Entry, looked up the customer, selected the customer, and then selected 'View Check In History.' From there I didn't see an option to change the date of their check in.

  • Bottom, left hand corner of the Check In History window is a button to "Change Check-In DatE"

  • No, but you do need to make sure you are running the latest version of RGP. That was added last year sometime I believe.

    You should have a purple button in the upper, right corner to update.

    If not...

    You can update to the latest version by visiting rockgympro.com and downloading a new copy over your existing one.

    Looking at your account info, you seem to be running a version from a very, very, very long time ago :)
