ipad error when loading ipad waiverstation url : cannot load formset

I don't know what could be going wrong. Both ipads running ios8 and tried with chrome and safari browsers. Any ideas ?

I just pulled up the first page of all your waivers forms on my iPad without issues.

If the URL you are using was incorrect, that would produce the message you are describing.

And right or wrong, we have rockcreation spelled like the following in your URL: rockcreationlacm

But as always you should use the URL provided by the waiver system rather than typing it in :)
