Missing Waivers
Today we've got a few missing confirmation emails. People claim to fill out the waiver online but never receive the confirmation. I have them check their spam folder and search for it in their search bar to no avail.
If they filled out the waiver but don;t click the confirmation is there a way to find their waiver somewhere and "confirm" it manually?

If you email me directly the email addresses of the people, I can confirm delivery of the email. Unfortunately, all we can do is deliver the mail... what happens at their provider is out of our control. I've investigated dozens of these instances, and in every case the logs of our mail service indicate we delivered the mail. It seems that AOL and Yahoo are the biggest culprit for failing to deliver mail.
At this time there is no way to "manually confirm" the waivers. It's a bit dangerous to ponder that possibility because suddenly your staff could just willy-nilly confirm waivers which would then cast doubt on the authenticity of *any* confirmation...
The authenticity of the online waivers is based on the idea that if a waiver is completed online - it was validated by the email address shown in the footer on the waiver.
I'll consider it for the future though.
