Blank Customer Documents after "Add File"

So I scanned some waivers onto my computer into PDF format and am able to open and read the file after doing so, but after "adding file" to "customer documents", the pdf is just a blank white space. Does anyone have an explanation for this? I tried to save the scan as a jpeg also to see if that may work, but then when searching for the file after clicking "add file", the jpegs were not there in the folder.

  • Can you email one of the documents to support @ rockgympro.com . I suspect the files are in an odd PDF format. Lots of people add PDF files into RGP with success, and I have not heard of this problem so I presume there is something curious about the files. You might try saving the documents as TIFF from your scanner and then adding them to RGP.
