Membership Expire Warning
The warning for memberships about to expire, how do I change it?
Currently, it pops up 3 days before the membership expires, I would like it to pop up with a warning one week prior. Is that possible?
Also, can the program be set to automatically email the member a warning when the membership is about to expire.

Unfortunately, the answer is currently no to both questions.
As for the warning, you'll see that one week is too long - especially for members that visit frequently.
Sometime in 2012 I plan to integrate email capabilities and that will include the functionality you describe.
Thanks, appreciate the answer and I'll wait for the update. Members here definitely need one week, they is no outdoor climbing and over half my members only climb once a week.(weekends) Has to do with the Asian work schedule and mentality.
Any update on the schedule for these features? I'm thinking about changing some customer contact systems but would hate to do it just before you solve my problems. You've been moving ahead super-quickly, btw. Great product.

In theory email capabilities are the next big item on my todo list... the problem is all the small items that crop up! :)
I will say that I do not intend to offer newsletter capabilities, just transactional emails. I do intend to integrate mailing list syncing capabilities with both ConstantContact and MailChimp - so provided you stay with those services you should be good to go.

Any news on this front? I have asked my web guy to find out what it would take to set those up through mailchimp. Is there even enough info available to him to get that done? I don't know what has to happen on the RGP side.
Expect transactional email in the next few months, but not newsletter service syncing until 2013.
