First and foremost, thank you for developing this. (Again)We're planning on getting a lot of use out of this and will update to premium once our doors open. Learning the rpogram now.
Anyways, my personal laptop is a Macbook Pro and I have window installed on it. Can this program be run on a MacBook pro with windows?
If not, no big deal, we'll use a PC for the GYM.
Cheers

I am aware of gyms that are successfully running RGP on a MAC via parallels (or similar), though I haven't tried it.
tHIS IS EXCELLENT NEWS. tHANKS FOR THE VERY FAST RESPONSE.
But I can't say I recommend it! Especially for the POS machines connected to receipt printers, etc.
Thanks again.
I run RGP on a MacBook pro that has windows installed. I run it in windows after booting the computer in windows. I have not had any problems so far as it is a windows machine at that point. I do not use it for my front desk computer or everyday though. I use for admin at home to see what has been done over the day and reconcile with my accounting software.

I am interested in using Macs at my future facility due to the very stable nature of the Mac OS in an internet environment. Is it possible to operate RGP in internet isolation if all necessary components for business are on-site?
RGP requires internet access... so no, it can't be used in "isolation".
If you stick antivirus and Malware Bytes (awesome tool!) on your PCs - you won't have any problems with your PCs. And just make sure you keep the UAC enabled on Windows 7.
With a custom hosts file you could very easily run the computer in an internet isolated mode while still allowing RGP to access the servers it needs.
Gyms are successfully running RGP with parallels, though we don't officially support it. That being said, I have yet to hear of any problems that were caused specifically by Parallels.
I know this topic has been long dead, but I did get RGP running using VirtualBox (which is free vs $70+ for Parallels) on my Mac. Seems to be working without any issues so far.
