Change document downoad behavior in Find Document screen
When I go to the Find Document screen and a document is selected, RGP starts automatically downloading a pdf. This makes a File Download dialog pop up. On one of our computers, someone has set it so the dialog is skipped and the document automatically opens in Word.
How can I change the behavior of the Find Document screen to prevent unwanted windows from popping up?

Neither of the computers are correct.
Adobe Reader should be installed (and operable within Internet Explorer) and then RGP will display the document on the right side of the Find Documents window.
Go download Adobe Reader (FREE) and make sure it works within IE and you should be all set.
