Signing on iPad
We haven't set our system up yet but have been testing out the waiver system on an iPad.
We have done a couple test runs and have found the signature is really tricky to get right, even with a stylus.
I would be interested to get other people's experience with this...

What do you mean the signature is tricky to "get right"?
The signature is the signature. It may, or may not, match their real signature on paper but that doesn't matter whatsoever.
If having signatures match someone's paper signature is of a concern to you (it isn't to any lawyer I've spoken with) than I encourage you to use the waiver system computers with a real signature pad vs an iPad.
But again, ask your lawyer - he will most likely indicate that the actual shape of the signature does not matter.
