There is a TEST MODE for online bookings, but otherwise no. That being said, just create a few test customers and use them for demoing or testing the software.

I just tested it and it took between 3-6 seconds to launch the window? Have you isolated it to certain times of day? I'd be curious.

You have an old version of the MySQL ODBC driver. Uninstall the driver and then launch RGP.

You've found a bug Ian. The email addresses are ignored if a period is one of the first three letters in the email address! This will be fixed in the next update.

Chalk will absolutely destroy a barcode scanner. Have you tried replacing the scanner? Or at least cleaning the window? I've seen many barcode scanners fail. As for RGP locking up - the software...

Uncheck the "DEFAULT TO ALWAYS PRINT RECEIPTS" option that is checked on the THIS WORKSTATION tab of Settings.

With regard to the waiver date.... I'd be curious as to why? You can set a waiver expiration period in Settings and/or configure an alert that warns if they haven't visited in XX months?
