What is the standard procedure for freezing/terminating EFT members? Particularly if they want to freeze/cancel a few months in advance.

Can I dictate the length of the receipt?

It's quite petty, but my printer (Epson TM/T88V) prints our receipts 2" too long. I've tried going into printer settings, but to no avail. Any suggestions?
