How do I set the printer to only print a receipt at a certain $ amount?

I had to delete the profile and re-enter the person. Then it worked.

Yep, did that. Been using RGP since inception and I haven't come across this problem either. I will try again today.

I can't add a staff person.

I change their status but then they don't show up in the list under "Employees".
