Deleting an Existing Waiver Form

If you have a waiver form you no longer need you can delete it from the system through the Waiver Management window.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
  2. Select the form you wish to delete.
  3. Click the Delete button.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
  5. The waiver form will now be removed from the system.
  6. Click Close to exit the Waiver Management window.
