You can easily review an existing online waiver form before you publish it at any time through the Waiver Management window.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
- Select the form you wish to view.
- Click the View Online Form button.
- Choose the signing method you wish to use for the online form (E-Signature or Print and Sign). Click OK.
- The form will open up in your browser. You can now see exactly what the form will look like for your customers.
