You can add your logo to all your waiver forms in the Waiver Management window settings. Note that the logo will only display on the first page of each form; if you want it to display on all pages of your final documents you will need to insert the logo into the specific document.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Waiver Management / Stations to open the Waiver Management window.
- Click the General Settings tab.
- Under the Logo For All Forms section, click Browse.
- Select the file and click Open. The recommended size for the logo is 131x71.
- Click Close to exit the Waiver Management window.
