Understanding Online Mobile Accounts

With Online/Mobile accounts your customers can create a Booking Profile that they can use to quickly book classes and events from your website and from the RGPro Connect app on their mobile device.

From Your Website:

When using the RGP Online Booking feature, users will see a Create Booking Profile link on the top of the Booking Widget.

From the RGPro Connect App:

After downloading the RGPro Connect app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, users will select your facility from the initial screen. They will then be presented with a Create Account button.

Once a user creates an account on either your website or from the RGP Connect mobile app, they will be able to store their contact and credit card information and quickly book classes/events that you’ve set up within RGP.

When you Assign a Random Barcode from the View and Edit Customer tab in RGP, the user’s Online/Mobile account will be associated with the Customer Record in RGP.

Likewise, when you send a Mobile Invite Email to the customer from the View and Edit Customer tab in RGP, the email will include a Create an Online Account link. When the customer clicks on that link and creates their Online Account, that account will be associated with the Customer Record in RGP.
