"If this, then that" For Calender Offerings
Does anyone know a way to hide online events until another is booked during different times?
Example: Customer 1 looks on website to ONLY see a 3pm event timeslot available. Once customer 1 finishes transaction, Customer 2 can now see both an 11am and a 5pm event timeslot option.

There's currently no tool for structuring that kind of offering availability in RGP, and it's not a request I've seen in the past. If you can help me understand the specific kinds of scenarios where that would be useful I might be able to suggest a way to accomplish what you're looking for, or I can pass along a detailed request to our developers.
Currently I have two staff shifts on a Saturday: Shift 1, 10a-5:30p and Shift 2, 1p - 8p.
In order to maximize the most efficient time with my staff, the party slots only fall where the staff overlap: 1p and 3:30p. I currently have those events capped at 36 participants.
However, when the middle two parties fill up, I would like to offer parties at 10:30a and 6p-8p with a cap of 12 participants each. It would also be nice, if when the customer views the website, they see all of the time options on one page, showing party 1 and 4 as not available (until the 2 and 3 get booked).
I'm trying to prevent days where customers only fill the 10:30a party slot and not the others. This is not the most efficient use of my staff and creates a less structured environment for the staff.
Conditional availability like you're describing isn't possible in the calendar. While it's easy to imagine specific scenarios where it would be useful, it's difficult to create a tool that works in all of those situations.
You could schedule prime time parties using the calendar's repeat rules, and set the calendar to email you any time one of them was booked so that you would know to manually add an additional time slot. You could also create different offerings for prime time and off time parties and set the off time parties to be unbookable online. You could still create widgets that would allow customers to see those time slots, but they would need to call in to schedule them.
