Computer issues - unresponsive/freeze
I would be grateful to know if anyone else having issues with computers running RGP freezing on Windows 10 - ie no response from keyboard/mouse? We have a number of PCs that freeze a few times a day since upgrading to Windows 10. We cant seem to get to the bottom of the issue despite following all the reported online fixes for W10, one new PC, different peripherals etc. We presume the issue is with the PCs, however just wondering if somehow RGP and the way we our system configured is the issue. My bet is on your LAN network connection to your server. If your LAN drops and MySQL becomes unreachable at just the right moment, RGP can hang.
