cancelling an online booking without refund

is it possible to change the default answer to No when asked "refund online payment" if cancelling an event booked online? a few staff have clicked too quickly and issued a refund in haste. I just want to slow them down a bit before issuing the refund.

  • A double confirm might be a good idea..... I don't have any updates planned for a while, but I will consider that for a future update.

  • yes please, we have had a few instances as well. Just hitting 'enter' multiple times cancels the booking and refunds a payment. Ideally issuing a refund should require some form of affirmative selection, not just hitting the enter key. Tks!
