Splitting payment for a booking when customers arrive

When a customer makes an online reservation for 4 participants as an example, is there an 'easy' way to split the balance when they arrive for the class. A lot of people want to pay separately when they come in and we haven't found an easy way to do it.

  • Have had to deal with this. We try to avoid it, but the way we handle it when necessary is to simply ring in the products (modify prices if necessary, if the offering isn't already priced per participant) for each customer in POS, then assign them to the booking manually afterwards so that the balance shows as paid. This can be done even if they are rung in under other customers' profiles.
