Gift Cards and EFT memberships
What is the best way to handle gift card redemption for EFT memberships?
One way that was suggested was to sell the customer the prorated month + one or two months of memberships in POS to 'wipe out' the gift card.
Do you have a better suggestion?

Exactly, but then bump forward the next bill date.
i.e. sell them 3 months of memberships at POS, redeem the gift card, and then set their next bill date to be +3 months in the future.
