Is it possible to make it so that if an employee is clocked in then the only option is to clock out.
I understand having the option to clock out available if someone forgets to clock in. There is no reason to have an employee clock in if they are already clocked in.

There are cases...
* Switch job codes
* If they work a split shift and forget to clock out earlier (i.e. clock in at 9am, forget to clock out at 11am, but then need to clock in at 2pm). If I did what you say, they couldn't clock in at 2pm because it would still think they are clocked in. And clocking out would be wrong, thus it would require a manager who may not be present.
So it needs to stay as is :)
